Background

Verizon Wireless is an American telecommunications company. With 149 million subscribers as of October 2017, Verizon Wireless is the largest wireless telecommunications provider in the United States.

Project

Verizon was creating an internal video for its managers and employees to educate them on business processes and corporate goals. The theme for the video was a sci-fi setting that would feature a human and robot counterpart that was 'broadcasting' from a space station. The project was briefed, and concept art was created for client review.

The clients wanted the costume to have some 'Tron" style elements - specifically, the Verizon "V" on the chest in bright white and a high-tech, streamlined look. Once the design was approved and the actor was cast, the patterns were drafted, and the costume was constructed.

Two copies were created for the initial shoot, and future videos were planned as a series. The below images show the suit as it was shot on a green screen and screenshots of the final video.
